WHAT IS YOUR OFFICE HOURS?
We are open Monday through Friday 9AM – 5PM PST. We are close on major holidays.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
Packages will be shipped from Los Angeles, California.

DO YOU OFFER SATURDAY OR SUNDAY DELIVERY?
We currently do not offer Saturday delivery and Sunday delivery.

DO YOU SHIP TO APO/FPO/DPO OR PO BOX ADDRESS?
No shipping at this time, please contact us for further detail.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We are unable to ship to international locations at this time. Please contact us for distribution near your location.

HOW QUICKLY WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
We ship within 1-2 business day.
Online orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).

– Packages will be shipped from Los Angeles, California and ground shipping times will vary based upon your location.

– Saturday and Sunday delivery is not available.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will receive one or more tracking numbers on the confirmation e-mail we send you when your order is shipped. This tracking number can be used to check the status of your package. Click here

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You may cancel an order at any time prior to processing at our center by calling 1.800.305.1254. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped.
